You've presented a rational expression of "(5(x-2)(x+2)) / (4(x-5)(x+2))". I assume by "hole", you mean places where the domain is not defined. In this case, the expression is not defined if the denominator is equal to zero.  This denominator is equal to zero whenever (x-5)=0 or (x+2)=0, or whenever x=5 or x=-2.
