ti84plus - trying to graph a circle by inputing h,k radius

** the problem is the screen size is too small to input the coordinates. I tried zooming, manually entering xmax xmin and the other zoom settings. The delta x keeps changing and so I cannot enter the intiger of for h,k
I need a larger screen view with the same incremental scroll of .1 or .2 or 1 not some long float
