my calculator was frozen suddenly. it first showed logs( but i've never pressed log, and ALL of the buttons were suddenly frozen, none of them worked. the only way i can turn it off is to take the batteries out,but when i put back in it still does not work. (p.s i changed the batteries into new fresh ones but its still the same)

i tried leaving the batteries out including the (coin cell batt) for about 8 hours. then, i inserted 3 out of 4 AAA batteries, pressed clear, added the last battery, clicked Clear and On to reset. it worked for a few minutes but then it was frozen again. i think there is a problem with the calculator rather than the batteries though, any help please?
