How do I install the apps from online onto my calculator?

My calculator is plugged into my computer via USB drive, but my computer won't recognize its presense. I don't understand how I'm supposed to transfer the applications I've downloaded online to the calculator.

You need to download the TI Connect software.  Here is a video with instructions.
