All programs i download says archived

I have ti 84 plus silver. ANy program i download here, I install it and it says its archived. I also try to unarchive it, but doesnt work. Any ideas ? I really need to use the volume shell program asap. Please!

NVM. figured it out. I needed to select the program instead of typing it's name.
