For most of the TI-83 Plus games you need to download mirageos. That is needed for all of the more complex games.  Once you do that you can install it and then whatever games you want. Here is a video on installing programs that might be helpful.  The video describes installing a basic program. It is essentially the same process except you will install mirageos first and then whatever game you want.  To run mirageos use the apps button.
