You can graph the answer directly by creating two graphs as:

Y1 = 6x^2 -7x - 2
Y2 = 2x - 1
deselect both of the above and graph the 3rd equation (the answer) as:
Y3 = Y1(N)/Y2(N)
At this point, graphing it doesn't tell you much.  But you can use that graph to check the graph of the ACTUAL answer which can be found by simply doing the division to get a 4th equation of:
Y4 = 3x - 2 - 4/(2x-1)
You'll notice that the graphs of Y3 and Y4 match which proves that Y4 is the correct answer.
