Hello,

I have a used TI-83 calc and the person told me to do this:

"It does turn on. You need to take out one battery, then press delete button while inserting the battery. It will then prompt you to install software. I accidentally cleared memory when I replaced all batteries (including the backup) at the same time, I did not have the wire to install the software, it can be downloaded from TI website."

I only have a connector cable that connects to another TI. Can I hook one up to the other and pull the software from it? If so how?

Thanks,

Daniella (math teacher)
