Mortgage Calculator

This TI-89 business and finance program runs calculations related to mortgages. Input the cost of the property, percentage down payment, term or number of years of the loan, the annual interest rate (APR), property taxes, and any other recurring monthly payments. The program will ask for the time elapsed since the loan was made, then it will calculate the monthly payment, the dollar amount and percentage of the payment which is designated to interest and the dollar amount and percentage of payment designated to principle. The program also calculates the total interest paid to date and the total remaining principle. The program also includes a number of other calculations including: principle paid to date, principle yet to be paid, interest paid to date and interest you have yet to be paid.
