How do I upload a complex number (for De Moivre's Thorem) program to my TI 84 Pluc C Silver Edition calculator

How do I upload this program to my TI 84 Pluc C Silver Edition calculator? I have a cord with USB on one end and a micro usb looking end which charges the calculator and came with it. Can I do it with this or do I need to buy another cable?
