Upon sending Ion to my TI-84+ SE no Ion program can be found.

I sent the ion.8xg to my TI-84+ SE but no programs are in apps or programs.  In the directions it does say to send it to RAM but when I click "Set to RAM" but it doesn't seem to work.  What am I doing wrong?
